Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AI Smart Engine subscriptions bought from Novatech Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”), whether you pay through Razorpay in Indian rupees or through PayPal in US dollars.
1. Subscriptions
All plans are monthly subscriptions. They are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
2. How to Cancel
In your dashboard, open Plan & billing and press Cancel subscription.
Or email info@novatechdigital.in from your account email address and we will cancel it for you.
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
3. After You Cancel
You will not be charged again. Your dashboard and assistant keep working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the assistant switches off on your store. Your data stays available so you can restart later, and you can ask us at any time to delete it.
4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are subscribing for the first time, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Email us from your account email address with your store name. This applies to your first subscription payment only, once per store.
5. Renewals and Unused Time
Apart from the guarantee above, renewal payments are not refundable, and we do not refund unused days of a billing period, except where the law requires it.
6. Charges Made in Error
If you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the extra amount in full.
7. How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it.
Your bank, card provider or PayPal then usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
8. Special Pricing
If we agreed a special or introductory price with you in writing, that agreement applies where it differs from this policy.
